We store order history, customer names, shipping and billing addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. This information is used for order processing.
Credit card or other payment information is not stored or used by this website. All payment processing information is handled by secure encrypted link with our payment processing company (Squarespace Payments powered by Stripe).
If you have signed up for our newsletter Chimelist, we store your email address.
Personal information is never sold or given to any third party.

PURCHASING
All orders are placed though the website.
Currently, we can only accept orders from within the United States.

PAYMENT
Credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay are accepted for payment. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club International, JCB, UnionPay, and Cartes Bancaires.
Payment is made at time of order placement.

LEAD TIMES
The time listed on our website is the maximum expected lead time. Each bell is custom made to order and actual lead time may vary based on current workload at the foundry. Once an order has been confirmed by the foundry, we will email you with the estimated ship date for your order.

SHIPPING
Marion Bells pays all shipping charges. Bells will ship directly from the foundry to the customer.
We are currently only able to ship to addresses within the United States. When the order ships, you will receive and email which includes the tracking number.
A signature is required to receive the shipment.

TAXES and IMPORT DUTY
Marion Bells pays all import duties required on bells made outside of the United States.
Sales tax is required on all bells sold inside California. Sales tax is added to the price of each bell at check out.

WARRANTY, CANCELLATIONS, AND RETURNS
Each bell is warrantied against manufacturing defects, including incorrect spellings of names or incorrect dates, for a period of 60 days after receipt by the customer. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will replace the bell at no cost, including shipping charges. The defective bell must be returned to Marion Bells, also at our cost.
Incorrect spellings of names or dates only includes errors made on the part of Marion Bells or the manufacturing foundry. Spellings or dates which match the information entered on the order form are considered to be correct.
Each bell is custom made to order, and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned.
